Zizasoft offers consulting services to companies who need modifications of our programs or need entirely new products designed and developed.

Customization Services

If you find that our products would be perfect for your needs if they only had one little change or one additional feature, please let us know. We will be happy to work with you to add the additional changes or functionality to our programs. Charges for the customization will depend on the scope of the changes and the commercial value of the changes. Simple changes with high commercial value may be included free of charge in the next version. For more complex changes, we may simply ask that you pre-purchase one or more licenses before the new functionality is available. For very complex changes, changes with low commercial value, or rush changes, there may be an additional charge for the changes.

Product Development and Custom Programming

If you find that our existing programs do not meet your needs, we will also be happy to work with you to develop a custom program to meet your needs.

Our Custom Development Process

Phase I

In the first phase of development. we will start by creating formal specifications for the program you wish to develop. This will involve a review of your needs to determine how the program should work, a prototype of the program to be developed (with a working prototype if necessary), and a technical guide describe each function within the software. A quote for the Phase II will also be included in the deliverables of Phase I. At the end of the first phase of development, you will have a document which clearly explains the program to be created so that the development team can begin work on the program. The creation of the specification is typically done on hourly basis with payment due at the end of the specification process. We cannot do the specification for a fixed cost because each project is different and even seemingly simple programs can develop complex requirements.

Phase II

Phase II of development includes all tasks to take the specification off the paper and into code. All supplemental materials such as help files, installations, websites, etc, will also be completed in Phase II according to the specification done in Phase I. As tasks are completed during Phase II, we will provide you with early working versions of the program at regular intervals. When development is completed, you will be given a beta version to review and approve. Upon completion of the project you will be given a copy of all deliverables for your records.
